Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using any of WebPayX services.
The Admin/whitelabel/Distributor/Master Distributor shall only market, distribute, sell or promote such WebpayX Services as are permitted expressly by WebpayX.
WebpayX may add or remove services at its discretion. Infrastructure including internet, devices, and software must be arranged by the Distributor.
All services must be conducted through WebPayX portal. Offline or fraudulent transactions are strictly prohibited and may result in legal action under IPC 1860.
The Distributor must obtain necessary licenses, maintain business hours, and ensure lawful operations.
Applicable Law includes Indian laws, RBI guidelines, and Payment Systems regulations.
Applicant means a person above 18 years applying for services.
Consumer means a user eligible to use WebPayX services.
Intellectual Property includes software, trademarks, and logos.
Taxes include GST and all applicable levies.
These terms are effective upon acceptance.
Distributor must operate from approved outlet only.
WebPayX may terminate or modify appointment with notice.
Distributor cannot legally bind WebPayX.
Registration fees are non-refundable.
Working capital must be maintained.
Transactions cannot exceed credit limit.
Commissions are defined by WebPayX and may change.
All taxes must be paid by Distributor.
Distributor is responsible for employees, salaries, and legal compliance.
All employee actions are the Distributor’s responsibility.
Distributor must not engage in competing services.
Must not interfere with WebPayX relationships or customers.
All trademarks, logos, and software belong to WebPayX.
Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
All data shared is confidential.
Distributor must secure login credentials.
WebPayX is not responsible for misuse due to negligence.
Distributor must operate professionally and ethically.
Must comply with laws and maintain transparency.
Distributor confirms understanding of risks and compliance requirements.
Must follow all applicable laws.
Governed by Indian law.
Disputes resolved via arbitration in New Delhi.
Relationship is principal-to-principal.
Ownership or management changes require approval from WebPayX.
Either party may terminate with notice.
WebPayX may terminate immediately for fraud or breach.
All dues must be cleared after termination.
Distributor agrees to indemnify WebPayX against losses caused by negligence or misconduct.
Distributor confirms all information is correct.
Agrees to policies and updates.
Accepts communication via SMS/email.
Agrees to financial and operational responsibilities.
